To use the s9my c0m platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme.
• You are using the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You do not reside in a region where local laws prohibit access to online gaming services.

S9my c0m reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. You are required to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at s9my c0m. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is a violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. False or misleading information may result in account termination and funds being withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. s9my c0m shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 2.4 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

S9my c0m provides two-factor authentication as an additional layer of security. We encourage all users to enable this feature to protect their account from unauthorized access. 2FA verification is automatically required for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

3.1 Deposit Methods

S9my c0m accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within seconds after a successful payment. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Unauthorized Software Use: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Disruption: Sending threatening, harassing, or defamatory content to other users or our staff.

S9my c0m employs a real-time monitoring system operating 24/7 to detect suspicious activity. All actions taken against accounts that violate these terms are at the absolute discretion of s9my c0m.

8.1 Account Closure at User Request
